Well I made it through my first year and am excited about year two. We will try to keep improving the program as each year approaches. Keeping with that, I will try to update this front page more often to make it more useful.

One thing I want to ask each one of you taking part in in-house softball this year is to get involved. It is very difficult for only a couple of people to get the entire season set up and scheduled. We had a couple of age groups last year without age group coordinators. This can cause delays in information being sent out and for teams to be formed.

We are still working on our partnership with the Traveling softball program. Please watch for opportunities for coaching clinics and pitching clinics.

Registrations this year will run through the end of March. We need to try and get all kids interested in playing this year registered by the end of March.

The season schedule will be finalized in early April but the days of the week and the start days are accurate below. The start times will again be determined once the teams are set. I cannot guarantee that we will not have 7:00 pm starts again this year as field space is becoming a need for many sports in RAAA. We will do our best to keep the times as early as possible.

Again, this program belongs to every one of us. Please let me know if there is anything you would like to see different for this year or if you can help.

Thanks,

Paul
