Rosemount Area Athletic Association's (RAAA) philosophy is that participation in sports should be a fun and rewarding experience for all concerned: players, coaches, spectators and referees. We strive to maintain this environment. We expect all participants, whether being players, coaches, referees, parents or spectators, to act with courtesy to all other participants.

Rosemount Area Athletic Association will not tolerate any lack of conduct or sportsmanship by any participant.

If at any time during an RAAA event it is felt that the behavior could affect the safety and health of any of the participants, the individual(s) in charge of the event should be notified and the event should be cancelled without notice.

Concerns should be brought to the coach's attention first. If the problem persists or is unable to be resolved at the coach level, please use this web form to report the incident. Once an incident report is submitted the RAAA Board Liaison will follow up in confidence and act as an non-biase advisor and mediator between the involved parties. If the incident cannot be resolved via informal mediation a formal complaint may result. Please see the RAAA Complaint Process for more information.
